Instead of going "paleo" I think I'll keep eating like crap just to aggravate you and every time I post a top two or three "time of the day" I'll post a picture of me eating a big bowl of pasta w/ a dinner roll in my hands. Just kidding, I'm really going to try to improve my diet but I'll probably wine alot and have plenty of questions for you.

I just got the Anabolic Shock in today. The bottle has 20 servings, and the directions say to take 2 servings a day. So that would mean the bottle would only last 10 days. Should I not follow the directions and take one serving on training days?
