Sorry I had to bolt out of the box this afternoon--I was pushing the time to get to Logan's end of the year party--where they served Domino's pizza. I almost threw up (again) just smelling it.
Anyway, I am absolutely sold on Catalyst and O2 Gold. 02 just seems to help me "keep my legs under me" and the Catalyst seems to help me me go a little harder.
I am currently trying the Muscle Strength (this is different than the muscle fuel and argenine) and so far I'm liking it, but the verdict is still out. I'll wait to pass final judgement on the cost/benefit, but it seems to give me a little more muscle endurance.
Muscle fuel and Argenine Extreme I have tried previously and really like those during hard workouts. Used them in the Garage Games and the Open, but too much tends to have adverse affects on my stomach.
That's just my 2 cents.
